Booking & payment
How do I book directly?
Use the booking widget on /the-condo. Pick dates, confirm guests, and check out securely through Hospitable. No platform fees.
What's the cancellation policy?
See the booking widget for the active cancellation policy when you select dates. Generally, full refund if cancelled before a window prior to check-in; partial refund within that window.
Who handles payment?
Hospitable processes payment securely on our behalf. Your card is not stored on our site.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most weeks: 2-night minimum. Holiday weeks may require 3–7 nights. The widget enforces minimums automatically when you select dates.
Property & amenities
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Master bedroom: queen bed (deep-pocket queen mattress). Second bedroom: bunk bed (full bottom + twin top) plus a sleeper sofa. Total maximum occupancy: 6.
Is the kitchen fully stocked?
Yes — full-size appliances, quartz counters, dishwasher, all the cooking basics (spices, oil, coffee, filters), dish soap, paper towels, trash bags. You can cook real meals on day one.
Is there WiFi?
Yes — fast WiFi throughout the unit. Network name and password sent in your welcome message after booking.
Is there a TV?
Smart TV with major streaming apps. Bring your own login.
Is beach gear provided?
Yes — beach wagon, chairs, and seasonal beach gear. We add to it throughout the year.
Is there laundry in the unit?
Yes — in-unit washer and dryer.
Is the adults-only pool actually adults-only?
Yes — the complex maintains two distinct pools: one family pool, one adults-only. It's a genuinely rare amenity for a 2-bedroom in this town.

How far is the condo from the beach?
Two minutes on foot. We're across the street from a public beach access at 728 W. Beach Blvd, with the crosswalk and signal right at the corner.
How far is The Hangout?
About half a mile — a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive.
Which airport should I fly into?
Pensacola (PNS) is closest at about 45 minutes by car. Mobile (MOB) is about 90 minutes.
What's the address?
728 W. Beach Blvd, Unit 218, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Lani Kai complex, second floor.
House rules
Do you allow pets?
No, this is a pet-free property. Allergies and condo association rules. $500 violation fee plus deep-cleaning costs.
Is smoking allowed?
No, no smoking anywhere on the property — cigarettes, cigars, vaping, anything. $500 violation fee plus deep-cleaning costs.
Can I host a party?
No parties or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; the condo association is strict.
What's parking like?
One free, dedicated parking space included. Additional vehicles, RVs, or trailers are not permitted. No $20/day fees like the bigger high-rises charge.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes — 11 PM to 7 AM. Be especially mindful on the balcony.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes — primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. ID verification required.
Logistics & arrival
When can I check in?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM. We accommodate early/late requests when the calendar allows — message us a day or two in advance.
What's the check-out process?
Simple departure instructions sent before your stay. Lock the door, leave the key, that's it.
How do I get in touch with you during my stay?
Message us through Hospitable any time. We answer ourselves, usually within an hour.
