The Shore Thing at Lani Kai is a fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf Shores condo on the second floor of the Lani Kai complex, which sits across the street from the beach. Modern kitchen with full-size appliances and quartz countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, smart TV with streaming, WiFi for normal trip planning and streaming, and a private balcony.
The kitchen has full-size appliances, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig with a small supply of K-Cups. Bring food and any particular cooking supplies you need; ask the host about specific equipment before your stay. Beach towels are in the hallway-bathroom closet. A wagon and some beach gear are in the parking area. Confirm any specific gear you need with the host before packing; individual items and quantities are not guaranteed.
The pools
Lani Kai has two outdoor pools. Neither is heated, and there is no hot tub. Check current association signs and guest instructions for pool designations, hours and access during your stay.
The building
Lani Kai is a low-rise complex. This second-floor condo requires two flights of stairs; there is no elevator. Consider the stairs when planning luggage, groceries and beach trips.
