The Lani Kai building sits at 728 W. Beach Blvd, on the strip between The Hangout and Fort Morgan Road. From the front door of the building to the nearest public beach access is about a two-minute walk across W. Beach Blvd — there's a marked pedestrian crossing. Hwy 59 (the main inland artery) is about a mile north; Gulf Shores Regional Airport (GUF) is roughly 6 minutes east.

Lani Kai is a smaller, low-rise complex — no high-rise elevator queues, no maze of hallways. Two pools on-site (family + adults-only), grills, and assigned parking.
