What's in the condo and who does it sleep?
The Shore Thing accommodates a maximum of six guests. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels are in the hallway-bathroom closet. A wagon and some beach gear are in the parking area. Confirm any specific gear you need with the host before packing; individual items and quantities are not guaranteed.

How does the booking actually work?
It's not complicated. Here's the typical flow:
- Select dates and guest count in the live calendar.
- Review the complete quote, fees, taxes, deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your reservation.
- Submit through Hospitable secure checkout when you are ready.
- If the final step says “Booking Request,” wait for the confirmation or status message before treating the stay as confirmed.
- Follow the arrival and parking instructions supplied by the host.

What should you know before reaching out?
- Max guests: 6. The condo isn't bigger on the inside than it looks; it sleeps six and that's the honest number.
- Minimum stay varies by season. Summer weekends typically require a full week; shoulder season is more flexible. Ask me—I won't make you decode a rate table.
- No guest pets. Owners may have pets; the complex is not pet-free.
- Payment and cancellation. Review the terms shown for your selected reservation and booking channel.
