We're David & Claire. This is our condo, not our portfolio.
We bought this condo because we couldn't stop coming back to Gulf Shores. We renovated every inch of it ourselves — picked the tile, stocked the kitchen, learned which towels actually feel nice after a day in the sun. We don't manage 200 units. We manage one.
When you message us, you're talking to the people who know which floorboard squeaks and where the morning light hits. We respond fast, we care about the details, and we take your feedback seriously — every piece of it makes the place better.

Is the condo on the beach?
The condo is across W. Beach Blvd from the beach, not beachfront. Allow time for the two flights of stairs and the road crossing. Walking time varies with your group and gear; ask the host for current access directions.
Are there pools, a heated pool, or a hot tub?
Lani Kai has two outdoor pools. Neither is heated, and there is no hot tub. Check current association signs and guest instructions for pool designations, hours and access during your stay.
Can I bring a pet?
Guests may not bring pets. Owners may have pets; the complex is not pet-free or guaranteed allergen-free.
How many vehicles can I bring?
One parking space is included. A second car costs $50, paid directly to the host via Venmo or Cash App. Complete every field on the parking pass to avoid a towing notice. Contact the host for second-car arrangements.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Please ask in advance. Early check-in and late checkout depend on availability and require explicit approval. A request alone does not confirm access; wait for approval before making plans around a different time.
